Autonomyo is pleased to participate in the ACRM 103rd Annual Fall Conference & EXPO, one of the world’s leading interdisciplinary rehabilitation research events. Taking place at the Washington Hilton from October 12–16, 2026, the conference brings together rehabilitation clinicians, researchers, healthcare organizations, and technology providers from around the world.

Safe, Accessible Gait Training
SkyWalk is designed to help people with neurological and age-related mobility limitations practise standing and walking in a safe, supportive environment. Its adjustable dynamic body-weight support reduces the load placed on the user while helping prevent falls and supporting progressive weight-bearing.
This allows therapists to work on essential activities such as verticalization, balance, weight shifting, stepping, and overground walking—even with patients who require substantial support.
Unlike large, motorized rehabilitation systems, SkyWalk operates entirely mechanically, without motors or electronics. Its compact and intuitive design makes it easy to integrate into existing clinical workflows without requiring therapists to change their established treatment approaches.
